Privacy

What this website collects and how it is used.

Last updated: August 2026. This is a pre-launch notice for the marketing site only; it will be replaced by a full policy before the product launches.

What we collect

  • Waitlist signups. Your email address, which ERPs you run, what you are trying to solve, and any note you add.
  • Contact messages. Your name, email address, and message.
  • Campaign attribution. If you arrived via a tagged link (for example utm_source), we store that tag with your signup.

How we use it

Only to contact you about MeshERP and to decide what to work on next. We do not sell or share this data, and we do not send unrelated marketing.

Where it lives

Submissions are stored in managed Postgres operated by us, and a copy of each one is emailed to our team so we can reply. The forms are checked by Cloudflare Turnstile before a submission is accepted, which keeps the bots out. Booking a call goes through Calendly, which has its own privacy policy.

Analytics

We use PostHog for website analytics. It sees how pages are used, and when you submit a form it also receives what you chose: the ERPs and problems you ticked, whether you left a note, and any campaign tag. Your email address is not sent to it. Submissions are counted under an identifier derived from your address, next to the domain part of it, so we can see which companies are asking without holding your address there.

Your choices

Use the contact form to ask what we hold about you, request deletion, or leave the waitlist.
