MeshHistory

See what your ERP used to say

Your ERP shows you today. MeshHistory answers what a record said last March, what has changed since, and what happened to the file somebody removed.

What it does

Three answers your ERP cannot give you

Open an earlier version, compare it with a later one, and keep what would otherwise disappear.
  • Read a record as it was
Pick a date and open the version captured then. It reads like the record itself, not like a list of field changes you have to decode.
  • Compare two versions
Put an earlier version beside a later one. The differences stand out, with the date each one changed and the name your ERP recorded against it, where it recorded one.
  • Deleted does not mean gone
Records and files captured before someone removed them stay in your archive. The cleanup does not take the answer with it.
What is kept

Records and files, on the same timeline

MeshHistory covers both halves of the archive, and you can take the copy with you at any point.
Record history
Customers, orders, invoices, items and the rest of what your connector reaches. Each captured version stays readable on the timeline.
File history
Attachments and documents, with the older versions behind each one, browsed the way you would browse a cloud drive.
Your own copy
Export what you need, whenever you want, in an open format that opens without MeshERP.
In practice

The questions that used to take a week

Every one of these starts with somebody asking what something looked like before.
An auditor asks about last March.
Open the record as it stood then, and hand over what it said.
A customer disputes the order they placed.
Show the version that existed on the day they placed it.
A price changed and nobody remembers agreeing to it.
Find the change, the date it happened, and the name your ERP recorded against it.
An attachment vanished from an invoice.
The captured version is still in your archive, ready to download.

History runs from the day you connect, over the records and files your connector reaches. The FAQ has the detail.

Subscriptions

MeshHistory comes with the subscription

There is no separate MeshHistory line to buy. Files brings the file side, Records brings the record side, and you take one or both.
Files and Files+
The file archive, with the older versions behind each file.
Records and Records+
Record history you can read back and compare.
